Who are This Works?

This Works has been investing in the science of sleep since 2004 and their award-winning natural pillow sprays having been put through six independent user trials with over 900 participants as well as clinical and fMRI brain imaging studies.

What is circadian rhythm?

We all follow a 24hr daily (circadian) rhythm, controlled by biological clocks - the master one being in the brain. The body clock sets the programme for our bodily functions, including temperature, hormone release, metabolism and sleep, so that these can be more efficient at certain times in the day. Working with a This Works’ expert scientific advisor Professor Gaby Badre, the brand has been investigating the body clock to make sure the skincare and wellness solutions they offer deliver exactly what the skin needs at the exact time when it needs it.

At the heart of each This Works product is a Superblend; a three-element ingredient system made up of naturally derived and scientifically proven ingredients at therapeutic levels. This Works products are 100% cruelty free, as accredited by PETA and 83% of their products are vegan. All of This Works boxes are fully recyclable, compostable and biodegradable.
