How much OTO CBD can I use?
OTO CBD is a brand that brings incredibly strong CBD products to the UK and are based in London. Although you can use the CBD roll-ons all day, we recommend you do not exceed 200mg in dose throughout a 24hr period. However, you could aplply this on your wrists and neck several times in the day and not exceed 200mg.
How do you use OTO CBD?
It depends which OTO CBD product you have, however, we have added a list for how to use OTO CBD oil products below!
1) CBD Roll-Ons:
For the CBD oil roll-ons by OTO CBD, we recommend you apply 2-5 times a day, gently rolling the product over your inner wrists and your neck below your ears.
2) CBD Pillow Mist
Spray 2-4 sprays on your pillow just before bed time to make use of the CBD pillow mist. OTO CBD have made this with 2400mg CBD so that should be plenty but you can add up to 6 sprays
3) CBD Body Oils
Take a small amount of the OTO CBD body oils and spread over the desired area, it spreads very well so only after it's absorbed should you apply more
4) CBD Beauty & Face Creams
We recommend you to use these creams at night before bed time so take a small pea-sized amount and apply as desired.
5) OTO CBD Drinks
OTO CBD Shots are the strongest CBD drink in the EU and UK, with 50mg of CBD per shot, these lil guys are one of our favourite go-to's. In three flavours and botanical blends - Amplify, Focus and Balance (a bed time favourite!)
