Technology is taking over our lives completely, so we’re always reminded to make sure to spend time away from our screens as much as we can. We’ve become so reliant on technology, even sometimes dependant that we don’t even realize that it’s become an automatism.

When you think about it, it wasn’t that long ago that most people didn’t have phones and access to the world in a few seconds. 

This year, resolutions are a lot more about stepping up on the selfcare side, lowering our stress levels. We used to talk about doing more social activities and going out more, which you should definitely keep doing. But it’s never bad to hit pause on your social life to take a day for yourself. Whether it’s for an hour, a day or a whole weekend, you just want to make sure you’re taking time to make yourself happy. Because if you’re not happy, your vibes won’t be the best ones to be around.
